Abstract  The 41 recommendations in the "Guidelines update：diabetic foot ulcer treatment（3rd Edition）" issued by the Wound Healing Association in 2023 were interpreted，in order to provide evidence⁃based basis for the development of scientific and appropriate clinical practice protocols and related medical decisions by our health providers，and so as to improve clinical outcomes and quality of life of patients with diabetic foot ulcers.

摘要  对2023年伤口愈合协会发布的《糖尿病足溃疡治疗指南（第3版）》的41条推荐建议进行解读，为我国医护人员制定科学、有效的临床实践规范和相关医疗决策提供循证依据，以改善糖尿病足溃疡病人临床结局，提高病人的生命质量。（剩余17210字）
