Abstract  This paper reviewed the relevant researches on the application of machine learning clinical decision support system in ICU from four aspects：overview，application status，challenges and future development trends，aiming to enhance the intelligent management of medical decision-making of ICU patients further and to provide reference for the development of smart medicine.
