Abstract:Ariceharvesterstatecontrol methodbasedonEnglish speech signal recognitionisproposed toaddress the problemofdynamicchangesintheworkloadofharvesterswithvaryingworkdensity,whichmakesitimpossibleto control theharvesterstateinrealtime.Basedonthespeech motioncouplingcharacteristics inthethree-dimensional workspace,ariceharvesterstatusEnglishspeechsignalrecognitionmodel isconstructed.Bycalculatingtheprobability distributionandtransitionprobabilitymatrixoftheharvestersworkingstateintheinitialstate,themodelcoeffcientsfor eachinstructionwordareestablished.Combining themixtureGaussiandistribution fiting methodtoobtainspeechsignal recognitionresults.From the experimental results,itcan beseen thatthis method hasa maximumerrorof 0.1kg/s (20号 betweenthe feeding amountandtheideal value,andthe totaldelayisonlyO.1s.Ithasprecisecontrolefect and real-time response capability.
