Abstract：Underthebackgroundofeducationalreforminthenewera，thedepintegrationofideologicalandpoltical educatiowith laboreducation has becomean importantapproach toimplementing the fundamental task ofcultivating virtueandnurturing talent.Thispaperusesrice planting practiceasavehicle，combining Marxistviewsonlaborand the theoryof integrating thefiveeducations，tosystematically explorethecollborativeeducationmechanism betweenthe two. Itproposesstrategiessuchasrestructuring thecuriculum system，innovating practical models，andoptimizing value penetration pathways，aiming tobuildan"integrationofknowledgeandactin"educationalmodel.Thisprovidestheoretical supportandpracticalreferencesforcultivatingtalentswhoarewellroundedinmoral，intelectual，physcal，aesthetic，and labor skills in the new era.
