Abstract：Withtherapiddevelopmentofdigitaltechnology，digitalruralconstructionhas becomeakeyapproachto promoting ruralrevitalization.However，currntevaluationsystemsoftensufferfromunreasonable weightalocationand limitedadaptability.Toaddressthisisue，thisstudyintegratestheAnalyticHierarchyProcessandPrincipalComponents Analysistodevelopanevaluationmodeltailoredtothespecificneedsofdigitalruralconstructioninmajorrice-producing areasinnorthern China.Themodeldemonstratesstrong stability，with minimalimpactfromchangesinthecoordination coeficient.Inpracticalaplication，vilagesguidedbythismodelshowedsignificantimprovements：theaveragescoresof smart agricultural production and digital rural governance increased by 27% ，riceyield per mu rose by 9.9%，the proportion of high-quality rice grew by 56.3% ，and brand premium rates improved by 91.9% .This study provides a scientificevaluationapproachfordigitalruraldevelopmentinnorthernrice-producingregionsandplaysavitalrolein advancing the digital transformation of the rice industry.
