Research on the Optimization and Promotion Effect of E-commerce on the Rice Industry Supply Chain

Abstract:Inordertosolvetheproblemsofinformationfragmentation,ineficientcirculation,andweakqualitycontrolin thericeindustrysupplychain,analyzeand studytheoptimizationandpromotionefectofe-commerceontherice industry supply chain.Describethesupply chainof e-commerce andriceindustry from theaspects of working mode, compositionstructure,etc.Statisticsontheindustrialoutput,demand,transactionvolume,profitmargin,transaction transportationtime,andcoverageofricerelatedenterprisesinthepastdecadewereconductedtodeterminethatrice productionand transactionvolume have shownanupwardtrendyear byyear,but thereare problemssuchas suply-emandimbalance,lowprofitmargin,andslowtransportationspeed.Analyzetheoptimizationandpromotion mechanismofe-commerceonthericeindustrysuplychainfrom theaspectsofsaleschannels,informationexchange, logisticsmanagement,andsupplychainmanagement.Tosolvethecurrntproblemsinthericeindustrysupplychain,with thesupportoftheoptimizationandpromotion mechanism,strategies foroptimizing thericeindustrysupply chainare proposed,includingreducing thesupplychain hierarchy,buildingane-commerce comprehensiveserviceplatform,sharing riceindustryinformationthroughe-commerceplatforms,expandingsaleschannels,optimizingwarehousingandlogistics systems,strengthening supply chain management,and ading third-partyregulatoryagencies.These strategies aimto promote the synchronous development of the rice industry and e-commerce industry.
