Strategies for Enhancing the Effectivenessof Labor Education Practice for College Students： A Case Study of Rice Cultivation LIN Qi-de

Abstract：Thestudyaimstoexplorestrategiesforimprovingthepracticalefectivenessoflaboreducationforcolege students，usingricecultivationasacarierand integrating methodssuchasliteratureresearch，questionnairesurveys，and caseanalysis.Firstly，analyzethepainpointsof laboreducationpracticeinuniversitiesand propose corresponding solutions.Then，taking ricecultivationasanexample，thisarticleelaboratesonthestrategiesforimproving thepractical efectivenessoflaboreducationforcollegestudents.Finally，select2O23studentsfromacertainagriculturaluniversityfor empiricalanalysis.Theresultsshowed thatafterpracticallaboreducation，theaveragedimensionsoflaborvalues （senseof responsibility，innovativespirit，etc.）intheexperimentalgroupreached4.12-4.65，significantlyhigherthanthecontrol group's2.87-3.41 （p<0.Oo1）.Thecompliancerateof modernagricultural technologyintheexperimental groupincreasedby 3.2-6.1 timescompared tothecontrol group.Theaboveresultsindicate that thestrategiesproposedbytheresearch institutecansignificantlyimprovethepracticalefectivenessoflaboreducationinuniversies，providingreferenceforthe optimization of labor education in universities.
