Abstract：Topromotetheactivedevelopmentofcolegestudents'entrepreneurshipinreturning home，thisstudytakesthe riceplanting industryasanexampletoexplorethechallengesandcountermeasuresofcolegestudents'entrepreneurshipin returning home toplantrie.Thestudyusesananalysismatrix thatcombines politics，economy，society，and technology withPorter'sFiveForcesanalysistoanalyzethecurent situationandproblemsofcollgestudentsreturninghometostart businesesinthericeplanting industry.Theresultsindicate thatsupportivepoliciesshouldbemoreprecise，community cooperationand social acceptance arekey，and modermagricultural technologycanimproveefciency.The demand for high-qualityproductsincreasesmarketopportunities;；Newentrantsfacehighinvestmentbariers，whileexistingcompetitors inhibitinovation.Therefore，thestudysuggestsstrengtheningpolicyimplementation，technicaltraining，agricultural insurance，communicationplatforms，anddiversifiedfinancing topromotedevelopmentandreducerisks.Theresearch providestheoretical basisand practical guidanceforcollege students toreturn homeandstarttheirown businessesby planting rice，which will contribute to the further development of the rural revitalization strategy.
