Abstract：Inthecontextof globalization，rice，asoneoftheimportantfoodcrops，hasa directimpactonthecountry's agriculturaleconomicsecurityandexportcompetivenessByanalyzingtheintemallogicimplicationofnewquality productivityempowermentfromtheperspectiveof theoryandpractice.Italsorevealsthepractical signifcanceoftherice exportcompetivenessenhancementinexpandingthemarketshare，promoting theindustrialupgrading，enhancingthe internationalstatus，andpromoting thebalanceofgraintrade.Thencombinedwiththerealizationofnewquality productivityenabling elements，forthestrategyofriceexportcompetivenessPromotethe transformationandupgradingof the rice industry，and promote the international development process of the rice industry.
