Analysis of the Relationship between Material Quality Traits and Yield of Directseeding Rice Offspring in the Coastal Rice-growing Area of Liaoning Province

Abstract：Taking theofspring materialsof direct seedingricefrom 68coastal rice-growingareasin Liaoning Province astestmaterials，thispaperexplorestherelationshipanalysisbetweenthequalitytraitsandyieldofdirectseedingrice. Studiesshowthatthetastevalueleveloftheofspringmaterialsof direct-seedingriceisgenerallhigh，buttheyield levelneedstobeimproved.Correlationanalysisrevealedthattherewasnosignificantcorrlationbetweenoutputand palatabilityvalue.However，withtheincreaseinoutput，palatabilityvalueshowedanupwardtrend，andthevariation rangegraduallydecreased.Thisindicatesthatitisfeasiblefordirectseedingofricetoincreasebothyieldand palatabilityvalue，especiallywhentheyieldislow.Theincreaseinyieldhasapositiveeffctontheimprovementof palatabilityvalue.Researchalsoshowsthatappropriatelyadjusting theamyloseandproteincontentofricecan takeinto account the appearance，processing quality，palatabilityvalue and rice qualityof the rice.
