Effect of Nitrogen Fertilizer Application at Different Fertility Stages on Rice Yield and Quality

Abstract:ThemainpromotedvarietiesinTianjin,Jinyugeng-22,Jinyuan-89andJinchuan-1,wereusedastestmaterials, andfourtreatmentsweresetup,includingN1(nonitrogenfertilizerattileringstage),N2(nonitrogenfertilizeratpregnancy spikestage),N3(nonitrogenfertilieatfillngstage)andN4(nitrogenferilizerappiedattileringstage,pregnancyspike stageandfilingstage).Samplesweretakenatmaturitytoinvestigateyieldandyieldcomponents,andtodetermine appearanceandnutritionalquality.TheresultsshowedthattheaplicationofNferilizeratthetileringstagecould increasetheefectivenumberofspikesoftwovarieties,Jinyugeng-22andJinchuan-1,andtheapplicationofNfertilizer atthegroutingstagecould increasethethousand-grainweightofrice.Therewerenosignificantdiferencesintheyields ofeachvarietyamongthe fourtreatments,sugestingthatreducingtheapplicationoffertilizersatcertainperiodscasave costsandpreventtheriskofexcessveinputsoffertlizerstotheagro-ecologicalenvironment.Intermsofquality,the applicatinofnitrogenfertizerattheperiodof pregnancyandirigationcanimprovetheappearance quaityofricetoa certain extent.
