The Influence of Education Promotion of Grass-roots Cadres on Modern Agricultural Technology Popularization Behavior： A Case Study of Xunyi Rice Industry Demonstration County in Xianyang

Abstract：Taking Xunyi rice industryDemonstration Countyof Xianyangasan example，thispaper explorestheinfluence of the promotionof grass-rotscadres'educationonthepromotionof modemagriculturaltechnology.Thecommon least squaremodelandLogit modelareconstructed forempirical analysis.Theresultsshowthatthepromotionof grass-roots cadres'educationhasasignificantpositiveimpactontheefectofagriculturaltechnologyextension，anditscoeffcientis 0.293（significance level 1% ）in the ordinary least square model and 1.8936（significance level 1% ）intheLogit model.In addition，the working years hadasignificant positiveeffectonthepromotionbehaviorof grassrootscadres（coeficient 0.0477，P
