Abstract：In order to explore the suitable nutrient bags for Morchell esculenta cultivation in Zhangqiudistrict， Jinan city，an experiment was conducted using Qimei M ，esculenta as the test species.Four nutrient bags with varying wheat grain ratios were evaluated in greenhouse.Theyield and economic benefits wereanalyzed. Results demonstrated that formulations containing 60% and 40% wheat grains achieved optimal yields of 1 078 kg/667 m² and 1 O7O kg/667 m2，respectively.These formulations also generated superior economic returns of 82 664 yuan/667 m² and 82 584 yuan/667 m2.Aligning with the principle of“avoiding competition with human food resources”in edible fungus production， the 40% wheat grain content was recommended for M .esculenta cultivation in the Jinan region.
