辣根素对果蔬采后病害的防治效果及安全性评价

Abstract:Allyl isothiocyanate (AITC),the mainactive ingredient of horseradish extract,isavolatile natural compound extracted from cruciferous plants.It can be used to control plant diseases caused by nematodes, fungi,etc.,as wellas stored-product pests inagricultural production.This study conducted quantitative in vivo fumigation tests with a fixed liquid volume of AITC to evaluate its effcacy against litchi downy blight (caused byPeronophythora litchi),bananaanthracnose (caused by Coletotrichum musae),and citrus blue mold (caused byPenicillum italicum).Theresultsrevealed that although AITC exhibited good control efficacyagainst disease spread onartificially inoculated litchi and banana,itcaused obviousphytotoxicity to these fruits even at relatively low concentrations,rendering it unsuitable for postharvest disease control on them.The control efficacy of AITCagainst P- italicum on mandarin increased with increasing concentration within the tested range,and no phytotoxicity was observed on the fruit.These findings indicatd that low doses of AITC were suitable for controlling postharvest diseases like citrus blue mold on mandarin,offering advantages of simple application (fumigation), safety,and high efficiency.
