Abstract：In order to ensure thequality and safety of fruits and vegetables，the method for determining chlorantraniliprole（CAP） residues in fruitsand vegetables using liquid chromatography -tandem mass spectrometry（LC-MS/MS）was established. The samples were extracted with acetonitrileand purified by PRiME HLB solid-phase extraction column.Acetonitrile and 0.1% formic acid solution +5 mmol/L ammonium acetate were used as the mobile phase.The samples were analyzed using multiple reaction monitoring （MRM）. The CAP showed a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.50-50.00ng/mL， ，with a linear correlation coefficient （ R2 ）wasO.9996. The limits of quantification（LOQ）was 0.001mg/kg .The recoveries at three levels were in the range of 81.5% to 108% .This method could meet the accurate qualitative and quantitative detection requirements for chlorantraniliprole in fruits and vegetables，providing theoretical support for the quality and safety supervision of produce.
