液相色谱-质谱联用技术测定果蔬中氯虫苯甲酰胺的残留量

Abstract:In order to ensure thequality and safety of fruits and vegetables,the method for determining chlorantraniliprole(CAP) residues in fruitsand vegetables using liquid chromatography -tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)was established. The samples were extracted with acetonitrileand purified by PRiME HLB solid-phase extraction column.Acetonitrile and 0.1% formic acid solution +5 mmol/L ammonium acetate were used as the mobile phase.The samples were analyzed using multiple reaction monitoring (MRM). The CAP showed a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.50-50.00ng/mL, ,with a linear correlation coefficient ( R2 )wasO.9996. The limits of quantification(LOQ)was 0.001mg/kg .The recoveries at three levels were in the range of 81.5% to 108% .This method could meet the accurate qualitative and quantitative detection requirements for chlorantraniliprole in fruits and vegetables,providing theoretical support for the quality and safety supervision of produce.
