Abstract:Shandong province,as the core production area for sweet cherries in China,faces numerous challenges initsindustrial developmentrecently.Particularly,thepostharvestperishabilityand poorstorability of the fruit,coupled with relativelylagging preservation technologies,severelyrestrict the healthyand rapid development of the sweet cherry industry.This study focused on the postharvest storage and preservation of sweet cherries in Shandong.It systematically analyzed the key factors affcting storage and preservation efficacy and summarized the current preservation technologies for sweet cherres,including physical,chemical, and biological preservation methods.The aim was to provide a reference for future research on postharvest storage and preservation techniques for sweet cherries in Shandong province.

甜樱桃是蔷薇科李属樱亚属落叶果树,主要涵盖欧洲甜樱桃(Prunusavium)、欧洲酸樱桃(Prunuscerasus)及其杂交培育品种,,单果质量为 6~15g ,果实规格远大于我国本土樱桃品种 ,且其保鲜贮运性能更为优越。(剩余12362字)
