Abstract:In order to investigate the diffrences innutrient compositionand active ingredients between Ganoderma lucidum and Ganoderma sinense originating from Anhui province.The basic nutrients,amino acids, trace elements and major active ingredients were tested and analyzed.The results showed that crude fat,crude protein and crude fiber contents were higher in G .lucidum,while carbohydrates,water content and crude polysaccharides were higher in G .sinense. Seventeen types amino acids were detected in both Ganoderma species,and the total amount of amino acids,essential amino acids and non - essential amino acids of G lucidumwashigher thanthatof G ,sinense. The two Ganoderma specieswere rich in trace elements of Ca and Mg.In terms of active ingredients,the contents of nucleosides and ganoderic acid were higher in G .lucidum than in G .sinense,while ganoderic acid was not detected in G .sinense. Significant differences in nutrient composition and major active components between the two Ganoderma species,with G .lucidum having a higher nutritional and active component content than G .sinense.
