Abstract:Entering the new era,consolidating the construction of university teacher party branches and promoting the high-quality developmentof disciplines has becomeanimportant measure to promotetheconnotative developmentof higher education.The mechanismof thesynergistic improvementofthetwoismainlyreflectedin thefollwing threedimensions:atthe macro level,itinvolves integrating theconceptof dualintegrationand dualpromotion into the top-level design,empowering intellgence,and promoting scientificcollaborativequalityimprovement,atthe mesolevel,the focus is onembeddingadualintegrationanddual promotionapproach inorganizationalconstruction,empowering colaborative efforts toimprovequalityand eficiency,atthe micro level,thefocus isonincorporating dual integrationanddual promotionactivities into subject interaction,empowering collaborative improvement anddiversification.However,due toissues suchasinsuficient institutionalcompleteness,organizational systematicity,andlackofsubjectinteraction,ithinders the high-level developmentofcollaborative quality improvement between the two.Therefore,we should continuouslyoptimize institutional suply and promote the leading forceof collaborative improvement through multiple approaches,strive to build acolaborative platformand stimulatethepenetration forceofcolaborativeimprovement through“three integrations”education,improve theconstruction of interactive matricesandactivate the internal driving forceofcollborative improvement through synchronous resonance,soas to achieve the sustainable promotion of their colaborative improvement.
