Abstract:"Expressing indignation”means articulating inner resentment.Ruan Ji's“expresionof indignation”in Odes of MyHeartoriginates from the realisticcritical spiritof Xiaoya in The Book of Songs.Focusing on reality,Ruan's po ems embody a consciousness of complaint and satire,through which he expresses complex felings of indignation and grievance.Actively absorbing the artistic resources of Hanand Wei poetry and drawing on the speculative methods of Zhengshi metaphysics,Ruan’s poems demonstrate personalized expression characteristics in the portrayal of character groups andtheuseof diction,playinganimportant role inexpressing individualindignantemotions.Inheriting and developing the spirit of Xiaoya,RuanJi'sOdesofMy Heart features implicit,profound,concise,typical,and philosophical satirical techniques,representing anewartistic heightof Zhengshi scholars’poetic criticism ofreality.Bywriting poems to expres indignation,Ruan Ji's OdesofMy Heart reflects the unique lifecourseofa generation ofscholars.Their analysisof hisown mind and exposureof social isues can beregarded asa model work of Zhengshi celebrities’“transcending names and following nature".
