AbstractAsystematicevaluationof theinvestmentpotentialandenvironmentof lead-zincminesinIndonesiawasconducted usingthe SWOTanalysismethod.Studiesindicatethat Indonesia，asagloballsignificant producerof metal minerals，posseses abundantlead-zincresources，superiorgeographicallocation，andadvantagesinChinesebusiness networks，providing favorable conditionsforiestors.Howeve，tisoutryhibitsgificantscoingsingologicaleploratiofrastructuredolicy continuity，resultinginacomplexandvolatileinvestmentenvironment.Theanalysisrevealskeyopportunitiesforinvestingin Indonesia'slead-zincmines，includingpolicysupport，potentialforinternationalcooperation，anddemandexpansiondrivenby economicgrowth，whilealsohighlightingchalengessuchaspolicyinstabilityconcentrateexportrestrictions，andcommunity environmentalrisks.Testudyaimstoprovideinvestorswithacomprehensiveevaluationframeworktoasistinformulatingrational investment strategies，addressing potential risks， and achieving sustainable development.
