AbstractAcustomizedsolutionwasproposed toaddressissuesoflowinformationintegration，inconvenientoperation，and diffcultfaultdiagnosisinthenative motorcontrolpaneloftheYokogawaCENTUMVPsystemforsulfuricacidplantapplications. BasedontheCENTUMVPplatform，thesolutionimplements hierarchicaldesignandstatusvisualizationfordiferenttypesof drive equipmentthroughcustomizeddeviceblock iconsandpop-uppanels.Blockiconsusecolorssuchas green，red，ndflashing yellw， along withsymbolslikeA，M，LandR，tointuitivelydtigushquipmentoperatingstatusandcontrolmodes.Popuppanelsdopt apaginateddesigntontralldisplayeyatusiforation，protectionparameters，interlokcoditios，ndproessabs，hile integratingremotecontrolfunctionssuchasstart/stop，reset，frequencyseting，andinterlockenable/disable.Thesuccessful implementationofthissolutioninalargesulfuricacidplantinthe DemocraticRepublicofCongodemonstratesthatthecustomized solutionsignfcantlyenhancestheprecisionofqupmentmonitoringandoperationaleficiencyreducesthefrequencyofsreen switching，and facilitates rapid detection and handling of abnormal information.
