AbstractToaddressissessuchas interal slagging inflash furnace waste heatboilers，high-temperaturefluegasscouring the roof，andowtempeaeoosionofmbanealloudltioozes，tesliirogithateisdoed This technology involves addingasteam heater totheconventional sulphation air system to heattheair toapproximately 220∘ C before injectingitintotheboiler.Teapplicationeectivenessoftistechnologywasvalidatedthroughtwopracticalprojectcases，both domesticandinterational.Projectplicationresultsdemonstratetattistechnologycanefectivelymitigateslagging，duceflue gas scouring on the roof， and significantly lower the risk of low-temperature corrosion.
