AbstractOxygen-enrichedtop-blownsmelting technologyofers significantadvantages in treatingcopper-bearing hazardous waste withcomplexandvaablecompositions,incudingstrongfedstockadaptabiltyfstesponse,highandlingapacitylowdust generation,oratioalblitndtrolblefucemosre.Tdesmnssscodiuctci withinthesmeltingsytemandoffgashandlingsystem,optimaldsignwasimplementedinrelatedprocessesadquipment.Forthe smelting system,measuressuchasprovidingstandbylances,emergencycoal bins,preciselycontrollng the massratioofFeto SiO2, 2 andoptimizinglanceadfuace structuredesignswereadopted.Fortheof-ashandingsystem,specificimprovementsweremdeto thewasteheatboiler,quenchtower,bagfiter,RTO(including SNCR/SCRdenirification),anddesulfurizationsystem.These enhancementsefectivelyresoledproblemssuchasfoamingslaggeneration,shortlanceservicelife,fuaceexpansion,dustadsion wall wetting,as well as excessive dioxin and NOx emissions.
