紫花首蓿种子包衣材料筛选及其对种子萌发影响

Abstract：In this study，4 kinds of adhesives （xanthan gum，arabic gum，polyvinyl alcohol，sodium carboxymethyl cellulose）and 3 kinds of filing materials（biochar，diatomite，attapulgite）and their combination were used to further systematically screen out the coating formula suitable for seed germination and seedling growth of alfalfa（Medicago sativa） through seed germination test. The results showed that the coating formula with 1.0% polyvinyl alcohol as adhesive，biochar and attapulgite as filing materials at a ratio of 1： 4 （ 20% biochar+ 80% atapulgite） significantly improved the seed germination and seedling growth of alfalfa，and was superior to other treatment groups.The optimized formula provides a theoretical basis and material basis for the further development of alfalfa composite microbial coating agent.
