基于DNA宏条形码技术分析布氏田鼠的食物组成及其季节差异

Abstract:Brandt’s vole(Lasiopodomys brandtii) isan important rodent species in typical grassands,and the analysis of its dietarycandepen the understanding of the foraging strategy of Brandt’s vole and provide a cer tainreference for the rational management of Brandt’s vole population.In this study,we collected 20 ( 109 , 10↑ ) stomach contents per month from adult Brandt’s voles in May,July,September,and November 2O22 in typi cal grasslands of Dongwuzhumqin Banner, Xilingol League,Inner Mongolia,respectively,for a total of 80(40 $\mathcal { f } , 4 0 \mathrm { ~ \texthat { ~ } { ~ } ~ } )$ stomach contents in 2O22. Seasonal diferences were analyzed using DNA macro-barcoding technology for dietary identification. The results showed that:(1)a total of 16 plant species from 9 families and 14 genera were identified in the stomach contents of Brandt’s voles.(2) there was no significant seasonal diference in the diet diversity of Brandt’s voles,but the diet richnesswas significantly higher in autumn than in summer ( P<0.01 )andwinter( .(3)There were significant seasonal differences in the proportions of Brandt's voles feeding on Astragalus membranaceus,Allium polyrhizum, Cleistogenes squarrosa,Chloris virgata,Potentilla bifurca and Parthenocissus tricuspidate ⋅P<0.05) .There were highly significant seasonal diferences in feeding on Oxybasis glauca,Leymus chinensis,Eragrostis minor and Alium ramosum ( 》
