不同放牧强度下内蒙古典型草原土壤团聚体线虫群落特征

Abstract:At present,research on nematode communities in soil aggregates focuses on farmland and forest eco systems,and litle is known about the effects of grazing on the nematode community structure of soil aggregates in typical grasslands. In this study,nematodes were extracted from >2mm , 2-0.25mm and <0.25mm soil aggregates in no-grazing,lightly-grazed,moderately-grazed and heavily-grazed pastures using the shallow dish method,and analyzed the response ofnematode communities in soil aggregates of different particle sizes to grazing intensity. The results showed that the total number of soil aggregate nematodes and their trophic groups increased with the increase of aggregate particle size,and the total number of nematodes in aggregates with particle size more than 2mm was the highest,which reached 536~1252 individuals ∇⋅σ ⋅(100gdrysoil)-1 ,and bacterivorous nematodes were the dominant groups in the soil aggregate nematode community. Soil aggregate nematode Shannon-Wiener diversity index,evenness index and richness index were significantly increased under moderate grazing; nematode Enrichment index were all lowest in the grazing forbidden pasture,and Structural index peaked under moderate grazing.Soil pH,water content,organiccarbonand carbon to nitrogen ratio were important environmental factors afecting soil nematodecommunity abundance.In summary,the formation of stable nematode community structure was more favorable under moderate grazing and greater than 2mm particle size aggregates,which may provide a theoretical basis for the restoration of typical grassland ecosystems in Inner Mongolia.
