Abstract:Water injection in diffrent segments requires manual adjustment of the injection volume for operations such as pipe string moving,wireline fishing,cable measurement and adjustment,and remote signal measurement and control.However,the toolsand technologies are limited by the downhole conditions,and a large amount of local acid liquid is lost when generalized acid injection is carried out infractured carbonate rock reservoirs.To address these issues,a downhole device that could automatically adjust the opening degree according to the outflow rate was developed,and the function of the device to automatically adjust the opening degree according to the outflow rate was verified based on numerical simulation of Fluent software and laboratory pressure flow rate experiments.The results showthat when theintermediate orifice plate of the device is fixed,the outflow volume will increase with the increase in differential pressure,and the average flow rate at the outlet increases with the decrease in the outlet area forthe same differential pressure condition.When the difference in the force acting on the intermediate orifice plate increases to be greater than the spring force,the device shuts down,and the outflow volume increases firstlyand then decreases back to O.With the increase in the diameter of the flow channel of the intermediate orifice plate,the outflow volume shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.Within the size and diffrential pressure range of this device,the preferred diameter of the flow channel of the intermediate orifice plate is 3.O~4.O mm.This device can automatically control the opening degree according to the outflow rate in diferent segments and thus control the injection volume in diferent segments,which provides a new type of tool for the water injection to replace oil in ultra-deep fracture-vug type reservoirs where it is not possible to put down theprecision instrument,also encountering expensive operation'and harsh working conditions. Moreover,the device ensures homogeneous acid injection in horizontal wels of fractured carbonate rock reservoirs.

油气田分层注水工具工艺经过多年的发展,由最初的动管柱作业、钢丝投捞配注器、电缆光纤测调井下仪器设备到无线远程调控井下设备等,现已发展为自动化智能化作业,但是总体上还是需要人为指令操控以调控不同层段的注入水量,且注水工具和工艺受到井深和井底工况环境的限制[1-6]。(剩余7843字)
