Abstract: In order to increase storage and production of ϕ177.8 mm casing in Bohai Oilfield,a super one-trip multi-layer frac-packing sand control process was designed based on the increasing reservoirs with strong heterogeneity,long sand control sections,and thin oil reservoirs in Bohai Oilfield.Itcould achieve a 40O m flushing and displacement fracturing operation in a 5-layer sand control section in one trip.This technology has been applied in well PL19 3C30S4,completinga 389 m frac-packing operation in a 5-layer sand control section in one trip,with a maximum displacement of 3 m³min and a cumulative sand addition of 89.7 m³.The daily oil production has increased by 3 timesafter technological application,achieving the expected productionalocation. On -site demonstration applications have shown that this technology can reduce circulating friction,achieve multi-layer high-displacement frac-packing sand control operations in an ultra-long sand control section,effectively improve the underground flow environment,and increase oil well production.It has promotion and application value.
