Theoretical Framework， Dynamic Mechanism and Promotion Path of Digital Economy Empowering the High-Quality Development of Ice-Snow Tourism Industry

Abstract：Thedigital economyisakeydriverofChina'seconomicand social development，andthe in-depth integration of the ice and snow tourism industry with the digital economy is an effective wayto promote the highqualitydevelopmentof the industry.Byanalyzing the theoreticalconnotationand internalmechanismof thedigital economy empowering the high-quality development of theiceand snow tourism industry，this paper constructs a dynamic model composed of the innovation layer，coordination layer， green layer，openness layer，and sharing layer，with the internal demand oficeand snow tourismand the external driving force from changes in the social environment as the dynamic mechanism. Aligning with the five dimensions of the new development philosophy“innovative， coordinated， green，open and shared"-the paper proposes promotion paths such as promoting the transformation of digital services and products，facilitating the balanced development withinand outside theindustry，boosting the sustainable development of the industry，creating an integrated industrial interconnection effect， and helping multiple subjects in theindustryachieve mutual benefit and win-win results. Byinjectingdigitalmomentumintotheice-snow tourism industry， this paper aims to realize the highqualitydevelopment of the industry， help the ice and snoweconomy continuously release itspotential，and provide strong support for the construction ofChina's sports power.
