数字经济赋能冰雪项目竞赛表演产业链升级的动力机制、阻滞壁垒与突破进路

Abstract:WiththerapiddevelopmentofChina’sdigitaleconomyithasexertedanincreasinglysignificantffect onfostering new productive forces in the ice and snow sports industry.By analyzing the dynamic mechanism of the digital economy empowering the industrial chain upgrading of the performances in ice and snow events,it is foundthat the mechanism includes a driving mechanism where digital technology promotes theaccurate matching between the supplyand demand ends of the industrial chain,a facilitating mechanism where digital media helps the outward dissemination of the industrial chain’s efficiency,and a linkage mechanism where digital platformsguide the multi-party collaboration of the main playersin theindustrial chain.However,duringthis empowerment process,there arealsoblockingbarriers suchasthe incompletepolicysystemforintegrationand coordinated development, theneedto strengthen the balanced regional development of the digital economy, and the shortage of ice and snow digital talents along withthelaginindustrialinnovation capabilities.This paper proposes breakthrough paths including improvingthe policy systemand industrialmanagementmechanism,popularizing diversedigital technologies to stimulate theinternal vitalityofthe industry,andstrengthening the division of labor basedontalent capabilitiesand inovating talent training models.Byreshaping the industrial logicand value systemofthe performances in ice andsnoweventindustrythroughthedigitaleconomy,thisstudyaims todrivetheindustrytorealizetheattribute transformation from event marketing to cultural communication,and promote the continuous advancement of China's ice and snow economy towards a high-quality and sustainable direction.
