The Multiple Values，Practical Dilemmas，and Long-term Measures for the High-quality Development of China's Ice and Snow Event Economy

Abstract： Ice and snow events are acrucialcomponent ofthe iceand snow sports industry. Achieving highqualitydevelopment of the ice and snow event economy plays asignificant role in advancing the comprehensive upgrading of China's ice and snow sports industry.Byexaminingthe development trendofthe high-quality ice and snow event economy in China，it is found that this economy holds multiplevalues，such as promoting the highqualitydevelopment of iceand snow sports，driving the in-depth integrationofthe ice and snow sports industry， boosting the upgrading of ice and snow sports consumption， and linking with regional economic development. Meanwhile，it also faces practical dilemmas，including insuficient supply of high-quality events，incomplete strategic layoutfor high-quality development，lack of momentum for sustainable development，and the need for improvement of the ice and snow event economic system.To address these issues，this paper proposes long-term measures，suchas taking iceandsnoweventsas thecore tobuildanintegratedfullindustrialchainfortheiceand snowsportsindustry;focusingonregionalculturalcharacteristics toconstructadiffrentiateddevelopmentsystem fortheiceand snow event economy;relyingon technological innovation to drive the sustainable development of the ice and snow event economy;and creating local ice and snow event brands to enhance the industrial

internationalization level and influence.By promoting thehigh-quality developmentofChina's iceand snow eventeconomy， this study aimsto contribute to the construction of China as a sports power and a healthy China，and to shape greater influence in the global ice andsnowindustrypatterninthefuture.
