Dilemmas in the Supply of Ice and Snow Sports Talents and Innovative Development Strategiesin Heilongjiang Province

Abstract： Inrecent years，withthe vigorous developmentof domesticiceand snowsports，HeilongjiangProvince haselevated thedevelopmentof the iceand snoweconomy toastrategic height，and theattention paid to ice and snow sports talents has been increasing day by day. By analyzing the reasons for the surge in the actual demand for ice andsnow sports talents in Heilongjiang Province，itis found thatthe surge stems from the prosperityof ice andsnow tourism，thehostingoficeandsnow events，andthedriveofthe iceand snow industry.However，at the same time，the supply of ice and snow sports talents in Heilongjiang Province is also faced with such dilemmas as the structural mismatchbetween talent cultivationand demand，the enhancement of iceand snowculture coupled with weakprofessonal identity，andtheimperfectsecuritymechanismforhigh-level talents.Thispaper putsforward innovative development strategies，including optimizing the talent cultivationmodel to facilitate the accuratesupply for theindustry;creating a soundcultural environment to improve theprofessional statusof ice and snow talents; constructing a scientific evaluation system to guide the hierarchical developmentof talents;

and strengthening benefits and career security to lay a solid foundation for talent development.By taking talentsastheforerunner，thispaperaimstodrive the steady developmentof the iceand snow sportscause in Heilongjiang Province， thereby injectingnew vitality into the construction of a sports power.
