Dynamic Mechanism of the Integrated Development of Beijing's Ice and Snow Industry Chain in the Post-Winter Olympics Era

Abstract：Against the backdrop of the upgrading of iceand snow consumption in China，promoting the integrated developmentofthe iceand snow industrychain isof great significance to boosting the high-qualitydevelopment of the ice and snow economy. By using the interview method and grounded theory， this study investigates representative enterprises in the upper， middle，and lower reaches of Beijing's ice and snow industry chain，aiming to explore the dynamic mechanism of the integrated development of Beijing's iceand snow industrychain in the post-Olympic Winter Games era. The research finds that the structural upgrading of ice and snow consumption demand，accompanied byamarket-driveneffect，promotes thevertical extensionand horizontal integration of the industry chain; technological innovation，business format innovation，and business model inovation empowered bydigital technologyformasynergisticdriving efect，pushing theindustrychain toward integration and ecologicalization;theprofessionalservicesystem in termsof talents，finance，andstandards，aswell as

industrial carrierssuch asclusters，parks，and platforms， significantlyimprove the integrationefficiencyof theindustrychain.Itissuggestedtoactivate the endogenousdriving force of the integrated ice and snowproduct market;focusontheneedsof industrial integration and development to promote technological

innovation;constructa“cloudcomputing，edge computing，terminaldevices”collborative digital govermance system;andbuild international ice and snow industry clusters and platform carrers.These measures are expected tooptimizethe dynamic mechanism for the integrated developmentof Beijing'siceandsnow industry chain and effectively release the potential of the ice and snow economy.
