Abstract：TheRedMedicalSpiritisavaluablespiritual wealthformedinthedevelopmentofChina'smedicalandhealth care progress.It provides rich intelectual resources for medical ethics education inuniversities.Integrating theRed MedicalSpirit intomedical ethicseducation isnotonlyarequirementforshaping medical students'political-ethical awareness，but alsotheinovative practice ofconstructing a medical ethicsdiscoursesystem with Chinese characteristics， andthenurturingneed tobuildthefoundationofmedical students'profesional values.Thecorequalitiesof theRed MedicalSpiritof"politicalfirmnessandtechnicalexcellence"echotheethicsofaltrusm，thetenetof "selfless dedication， saving livesand helping theinjured"isconsistent with theethicsof humanitarianism，andthequalityof"hard work and pioneringcourage”isconsistentwiththeethics ofmedicalscienceand technology.This paper systematically exploresthe logicalframeworkandimplementationmechanismsforintegrating theRedMedical Spiritintomedical ethicseducation fromthreedimensions：value，relationship，and practice.Itproposes pathways topromote theorganic integrationof the Red Medical Spirit with medical ethics education，including embeding red medical stories into theoretical instruction， depening educationalprocesses throughredmedicalthemepractice，andcultivating animmersiveenvironmentbyfostering a redmedicalcultureecosystem.Thisapproach aims tocultivatenew-era healthcare profesionalswith both excelent medical skillsand noble medical ethics.
