胸腔镜心脏手术患者围手术期应用布地奈德混悬液对肺功能保护的临床研究

Abstract：Objective：To study the protectiveefect of budesonidesuspension on perioperative lung functionin thoracoscopiccardiacsurgerypatients.Methods：The medical data of1OOcases withthoracoscopic cardiacsurgery from June2021 to June2O23intheDepartmentof Cardiothoracic Surgeryof theFirst Afiliated HospitalofGannan Medical Universitywasanalysed.They wererandomlydivided intoanobservation group（5O cases，nebulized budesonide suspension+chymotrypsin）and a control group （50 cases，nebulized chymotrypsin）.Comparison was made between the two groups about the percentage of measured and theoretically predicted maximumventilation per minute （MVV % ），the percentage of first second lung capacity to total lung capacity （ FEV1% ），and the incidence of pulmonary complications （including respiratory insuficiency，pulmonary infection，andatelectasis）betweenthetwo groupsof patients.Results： After surgery，the observation group had higher postoperative indicators than the control group interms of MVV % and FEV1% at the first second （ P<0.05 ）.The observation group had a lower postoperative pulmonary complications than control group，with significant difference（ P<0.05 ）.Conclusion：The use of budesonide suspension in thoracoscopic cardiac surgerypatients has aprotective effct onpostoperative lung function.Itcan effctively reducepostoperative pulmonary complications in patients.
