Abstract：Objective：Toinvestigatetheefectoftheapplicationofrehabilitationsolutioncombinedwithostomyskincare powderinpediatricperioral dermatitis.Methods：Atotalof6Ocasesof pediatricperioraldermatitisadmited to the Ganzhou Womenand Children's Health Care HospitalfromJanuary2O22 to July2O24 were selectedas the studysubjects. Using a random numerical method，they were divided into the ostomyskin care powder group （using ostomy skin care powder），therehabilitation new fluid group（using rehabilitation new fluid）and thecombined group（using ostomy skin care powder + rehabilitation new fluid），with 2O cases in each group.Treatment efectiveness，dermatitis healing time， painrelief time，numberofdays inhospital，costofhospitalization，andfamilysatisfactionscoresamong thethree groups were compared.Results： There wasno significant diference in age，gender，weight，type of enterostomy，extent and degree of dermatitis among the three groups （ P>0.05 ）.On the third day of treatment，the total effective rate of the three groups had significant difference （ P<0.05 ）.Further profiling，usinga Bonferroni-adjusted significance level （ α =0.017）， theanalysis revealed thatonlythecombination groupandtheostomyskincarepowder group hadsignificant diferences （ P =0.013）and the other groups had no significant difference（ P>0.017 ）．The duration of dermatitis healing，pain relief，andhospitalstaywereshorterinthecombined groupthanintheostomyskincarepowdergroupandtherehabilitation newfluid group，andthecostof hospital staywaslowerthan intheostomyskincare powder groupandtherehabilitation new fluid group. The difference was statistically significant （ P<0.05 ）.The family satisfaction score of the combined group was higherthan thatof the ostomyskincare powder group and therehabilitation new fluid group，with statistical significance（ P<0.05 ）.Conclusion：The combination of rehabilitation new fluid and ostomy skin care powder car improvethetherapeuticefect，shortenthe healingtimeofskinlesions，painrelief time，hospitalstay，reducing hospita expenses and improving the satisfaction of family members.
