基于“四融入四结合”的多元混合式教学模式应用效果研究
——以《重大传染病疫情防治》课程为例

Abstract:Objective :To evaluate the effctivenessof the "Four Integrationsand Four Combinations"blended teaching modelinthecourse"Preventionand Controlof Major InfectiousDiseases".Methods:Atotalof7OOundergraduate students from the2019,2020,2021cohortswho took thiscourse were theobservation group,while212 students from the 2018cohort were thecontrol group.Theobservation group implemented theblended teaching model,whereas the control group folowed conventional teaching methods.Comparativeanalyses were conducted on theoretical knowledge assessments,practicalskillevaluations,comprehensiveapplicationabilities,andoveralteaching outcomes.Results:The implementationoftheblendedteaching modelsignificantlyenhancedbothinstructionalqualityandstudents'comprehensive competencies intheobservationgroup.Finalassessmentscoresshowed statisticallysignificantsuperiorityoverthecontrol group( P<0.01 ),with higher course satisfaction ratings reported by the observation group.Conclusion:The "Four IntegrationsandFour Combinations"modelisanefectiveapproach tocultivating new-era medical profesionals, demonstrating superior teaching outcomes compared to conventional methods.
