Abstract：Objective：To explore theapplicationvalueof neurophysiological monitoring inreducing intraoperative neurological injuries during spinalsurgery.Methods：Aretrospective analysis was conducted on 3O5 spinal surgeries performedattheFirstAfliatedHospitalofGannan Medical UniversityfromJune2O21toJune2O24，wherethe Nihon Kohden MEE-12OOC neurofunctional tester was used to monitor somatosensory evoked potentials（SEP），motor evoked potentials（MEP）amplitude changes，andabnormal nerve conduction velocities.Results：Among 3O5 patients who underwent spinal surgery，62 were identifiedas positiveearly warnings，with a positive early warning rate of 20.3%. Among them，thepositive earlywarning rates for cervical spine，thoracic spine，and lumbar spine surgeries were25. 0% ， 12. 0% ，and 18.9% respectively.Conclusion：Neurophysiological monitoring during spinal surgery can promptly detect abnormalnerveconductionvelocities，efectivelyalertingsurgeons topreventneurological injuries and minimizing damage to the nervous system.
