基于雨课堂的“PBL+CBL"混合式教学在内分泌学临床教学中的应用

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate theapplication effectof problem-based learning(PBL)+case-based leaming(CBL) teaching modeinclinical teachingof endocrinology basedonRain Classroom platform.Methods:Fortyclinical interns fromtheDepartmentofEndocrinologyattheSecondAfiliated HospitalofBengbuMedical Universitywereselectedasthe research subjects.They were divided into a control group of 20 peopleandan experimental group of 20 people.The control groupusedthe traditional lecture-based(LBL)teaching method,whiletheexperimental groupused the "Rain Classroom +PBL+ CBL"teaching method.After the teaching,theoretical assessment results were analyzed between the twogroups,and teaching efectiveness was evaluated through a questionnaire survey.Results:The experimental group scored higher than the control group in theoretical knowledge(33. 85±2 .87 vs 30. 05±1 .56),skill operation( 27.75± ,and case analysis(2 2,65±1 .69 vs19. 90±2.22 ),all with statistical significance( P<0.05 ). Compared with thecontrol group,theexperimental groupreported significantly greater satisfaction in theaspects such as learningautonomy,enthusiasm,clasroom participation,clinical thinking,teamwork,communication with both teachers and patients,and teaching methods,all with statistical significance( P<0.05 ).Conclusion:The "PBI + CBL"blended learningbasedontheRainClassroomplatformhassignificantlyimprovedtheclinicalteaching efectintheDepartmentof Endocrinology.It isworthy ofclinical promotionand application.
