非原位软性输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗上尿路结石的疗效分析

Abstract：Objective：Toinvestigatetheeficacyofnoninsituflrxibleureteroscopyholmiumlaserlithotripsy inthe treatment of upperurinary tract stones.Methods：A totalof 18O patients withupper urinary tractstones admitted to our hospitalfrom March2O21toFebruary 2O23 wereretrospectivelyselectedanddivided intoanoninsitu group（noninsitu ureteroscopyholmiumlaserlithotripsy，9Ocases）andanin-situgroup（insituureteroscopyholmiumlaserlithotripsy，90 cases）acording to surgical methods.It was compared betweenthe two groups inthe surgical time，thedecrease in hemoglobinonthefirstdayaftersurgery，theimmediatestoneclearancerateaftersurgery，thevisualanalog scale（VAS） of postoperativepain，the lengthof hospital stayafter surgery，thenumber of postoperative fever cases，the number of postoperative hematuria cases，thenumberof patients followed up atthree months after surgery，the numberof patients whoreceivedfollw-upultrasound，andtheproportionofpatients whowerefoundtohaveureteraldilationandhydronerosis onthe originalsideduring thefollow-up ultrasound.Results：There was no significantdiferencebetweenthe two groups intermsofsurgicaltime，firstdaypostoperativehemoglobindecrease，immediatestoneclearancerate，postoperativepain VAS，postoperative hospital stay，postoperativefever cases，postoperative hematuria cases，number of patients followed upat three months，number of patients who underwent folow-up ultrasound，and theproportion of patients who found ureteral dilation and hydronephrosis on the original side during follow-up ultrasound （ P>0.05 ）.Conclusion：The effcacyofnoninsituflexibleureteroscopicholmiumlaserlithotripsyisnotsignificantlydifferentfromthatof insitu ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy，and mature physicians can choose their own surgical methods.
