Abstract:Cultivatingpostgraduate studentsof professionaldegree majoring ingeneral practice tomeet theurgentdemand of thesocietyforcompositehigh-level general practicetalents isan inevitablerequirementforachieving high-qualityand connotative developmentof generalpracticemedicine.Itrequires thecollaborationof medical colleges,comprehensive hospitals,andcommunityhealthcare institutions.The "colege-hospital-communityintegrated"trainingof postgraduate students of profesional degremajoring ingeneral practicehas importantcontemporaryvalue.However,thereare still practicaldificultiessuchasuncleargoalsforthetripartitecollaborativetrainingof"college-hospital-community",satteed collborative trainingparadigms,insuficientlinkageofcollaborativetraining elements,andincompletecollborative training mechanisms.Itissuggestedtoconstructthe"college-hospital-communityintegrated"modelthroughtheintegation of multiple entities,deep levelreformof the training systemand mechanism,comprehensivereform of training elements, andfundamentalreformof evaluationstandards,providingnewideasforthehigh-qualityandsustainabledevelopmentof postgraduate students of professional degree majoring in general practice.
