Abstract

Withthefirst mention of"cultivating and developing the pre-preparedfood industry"in the"No.1central document"in 2023,allparts of thecountryare actively promoting the development of the pre-prepared food industry.Relevant departments jointly issueda document in2025 to strengthen food safety supervision and promote the high-quaity development of the pre-prepared food industry.At present,many pre-prepared food establishments have engaged in foreign trade,but China's pre-prepared food trade is not mature enoughatthisstage.Therewilbeaseriesofproblemsinpromoting thefurtherdevelopmentof pre-prepared food export trade,especiallythe technical trade bariersof trading countries.Thisarticle willexplore these problems in depthand summarizes how to deal with them,providing reference for productionand exportof pre-prepared food establishments of China to solve related problems.
