Abstract

Foodimportsand exportsarea vital partof intemational trade,and theircomplianceand market adaptability havea direct impact onthe international competiveness of enterprisesand thesustainable development of theindustry.Thisarticlesystematicalyanalyzesthreekeyregulatorydimensionsoffoodexports:international standard system,specificrequirementsof importing countryand domesticregulatory framework.Thisarticle provides an in-depth interpretation of critical compliance requirements throughout the export process, includingcoreaspects such as registration of producing enterprise,registration in the importing country (FDA/USDA),establishment of the food safetymanagement system,andadaptation of product standards. Inaddition,thisarticleuses cases toilustrate various chalenges that enterprisesmay encounter,such as regulatory coordination in cross-border e-commerce,managing standard discrepancies,and on-site inspectionby the FDA.Finally,thisarticle suggests countermeasures including building dynamic compliance system,optimizing the production processand strengthening international certification,and further instracts enterprises to transform compliance management intoa competitive advantage to achieve sustainable growth in the global marketplace.
