Abstract:Inorder to explore theinfluence lawsof grouting pressre,frictionalresistance,thrust forceattheexcavation face andsteplengthonground surface setlementduringtheconstructionof large-sectionand long-distancerectangulartoppipe, andtooptimize theconstruction parameters.Taking therectangular toppipechannelprojectoftheDuandian Stationof Jinan Metro Line 4 as thebasis,theorthogonal test method was adopted todesign the numerical simulation scheme,andtheFLAC 3D finitedifferencesoftware wasusedforsimulationanalysis.Theresultsshowthatthegroundsurface monitoringdataduringthe toppipeconstruction processarebasicallyconsistent withthe simulationresults;The steplength is themostsensitivefactor,the thrustforceattheexcavationfaceisanimportantfactor,thegroutingpressureisthesecond,andthefrctionalresistancehas theleastinfluence;Thesteplengthispositivelycorrelatedwiththegroundsurfacesetlement,thethrustfoceatthecavation
faceandthe grouting pressureare negativelycorrelatedwithit,andthefrictionalresistanceis negativelycorrelatedbefore 25kPa and positively correlated after 25kPa ;The optimal construction parameters are: step length 1.5m ,thrust force at the excavation face 200kPa , grouting pressure 230kPa and frictional resistance 25kPa .The research results can provide a reference fortheconstructionofrectangular toppipe methodtoexcavate the metroentranceandexitchannelintheJin'anarea.
