路基用改性磷石膏复合材料性能研究

Abstract:Inorderto improve theutlization eficiencyof phosphogypsum,modified phosphogypsum was prepared byusing carbide slag,quicklime,anddispersant as modifiers,andcombined with slag powder,cement,andcuring agent to prepare modifidphosphogypsumcompositematerialssuitableforhighwaysubgradeenginering.Thecomprehensiveperformanceof modified phosphogypsumcomposite materials was evaluatedthrough unconfined compresive strength,direct shear,immrsion, wetdrycycle,freeze-thawcycle,and heavy metalleachingtoxicitytests.Theresultsshowthat when the dosage of modified phosphogypsum was 15% ,the unconfined compressve strength,internal friction angle,and cohesion of the composite material were15.2 MPa, 30.4∘ ,and 186.3kPa ,respectively,the softening coefficient was O.94,indicating good mechanical and waterresistanceproperties;Whenthe numberof wetdrycycles is4Oorthe numberoffreeze-thawcycles is8O,theunconfined compressivestrength valueof modified phosphogypsumcompositematerialcanstillmeetthe strength standardrequirementsof highwaysubgradematerialsandhasgooddurabilityperformance;Theleaching toxicityofheavymetalsinmodified phosphogypsumcomposite materials isrelativelylow,andtheenvironmentalperformanceisgood,providesomereferenceand inspiration for the efficient resource utilization of waste phosphogypsum.
