Abstract:Toimprove thestrengthandcrackresistanceof low heat Portlandcementconcrete,flyashcomposite low heat Portland cementconcrete wasprepared,andthecompressiveandflexural strength,thermodynamicproperties,andcrack resistanceunderdiferentapplicationenvironmentsweretested.Theresultsshowthat theaveragecompressivestrengthofflyash composite low heat Portland cement concrete is 53.33MPa ,and the average flexural strength is 4. 67 MPa,which is better than lowheatPortlandcementconcrete;Theheatreleaserate,heatrelease,andadiabatictemperatureriseofflyashcompositelow heatPortlandcementconcretearelowerthan thoseoflow heatPortlandcementconcrete,andthecrack resistanceis beterin three application environments : constant temperature and humidity at 25‰ ,constant temperature and humidity at 35 C ,and constant temperature and continuous wind speed at 35C+10m/s .Therefore,fly ash composite low heat Portland cement concretecansignificantlyimproveitshydrationheatperformanceandsuppresscracking,makingitsuitableforengineeringfields with strict temperature control such as large volume concrete.
