Abstract:Takinganewlyconstructedsubwayas theresearchobject,thisstudyinvestigatesthedeformationcontroltechnologyof the subwayenginering structurethat spansoverthe existing subwayshieldtunnel section.Optimize the synchronous grouting presure and grouting volumeintheshield tunneling constructionparametersofthetestsection,designasecondarygrouting constructionmethod tocompletethedeformationcontrolofthesubwayengineringstructureintheshieldtunnelingsectiontest section;Basedonthemonitoringresults,adjusttheparametersof shieldtunelingconstruction,design polyurethaneisolation rings,adcompletethedeformationcontrolofthesubwayenginering structureintheshieldtunnelingsection.Theresultssowed that the maximum deformation of the arch crown was 1.2 and 0.8mm in the experimental section and the crossing section, respectively.Inthecrosingsection,themaximumdeformationof theupwardanddownward tracksofthetrackstructurereaied stable at 1.5 and1.47 mm,respectively.This technology effctively controlled the deformation of the shield tunneling section subway engineering structure.
