Abstract:Toexpandtheutilizationscenariosofcoalgangue,asolid waste fromthecoalindustry,intheconstructionsector, reducetheconsumption of natural building materials,and minimize environmental polution,coal ganguewasused to prepare coarseagregatesasasubstitutefornaturalcrushedstone.Flyashandsilica fumewereemployedasreinforcing mineral materialstoproducecoalgangueconcrete.Thisstudy investigatedthemechanismandimpactof wet-drycyclesonthe resistanceofcoal gangueconcrete tochloridesalterosion.Theresultsshowed that asthenumberofwet-drycycles of chloride salterosionincreased,thecompresivestrengthofcoalgangueconcretefrstincreasedandendecreased,whileteassloss rate first decreased and then increased.The relative dynamic elastic modulus of concrete with 25% and 50% coal gangue replacementratesfirst increasedandthendecreased,andthefreechlorideioncontentatthesamedepthcontinuously increased. With anincreaseinthecoal ganguereplacementrate,after15Owet-drycycles,thecompresivestrengthandrelative dynamic elasticmodulusdecreased,whilethemasslossrateandfreechlorideioncontentinreased.Duetothereinforcingeectsoffly ash and silica fume, the chloride erosion resistance of concrete with 25% and 50% coal gangue replacement rates exceeded that of

natural crushed stone concrete.However,when the replacement rate exceeded 50% ,the chloride erosion resistance decreased rapidly.Theresearchfindingsprovidetheoreticalsupportfortheapplicationofcoalgangueconreteinchlordeerosioneviroments. 0 引言

煤矸石是煤炭开采过程中产生的固体废弃物,其具有与天然骨料相似的性质[1-2],将其作为骨料掺入混凝土中,不仅可降低天然骨料的用量,更是促进煤矸石大规模利用的有效途径[3];天然砂石材料属于不可再生资源,采用煤矸石替代天然砂石生产煤矸石混凝土,不仅可实现固废资源合理化利用,降低天然砂石的需求压力,亦可解决当地环保问题。(剩余7554字)
