非均匀锈蚀对建筑钢混组合梁承载力退化的影响分析

Abstract:Inorder totimelyobtaintheperformance degradationof steel-concretecompositebeams innon-uniformcorrosion environments,thisarticleconducts experimentalanalysis.Byanalyzingtheinfluenceofnon-uniformcorosiondepthonthe effectivecross-sectionofcompositebeams,therelationshipbetweenthecorosionthicknessandcorosionrateoftheentire circumferenceandsemicircleofcompositebeams isdetermined,andafiniteelement modelofcompositebeams isconstructed. Design corrosion rates of 5% , 10% ,and 20% respectively,and simulate and analyze the changes in bearing capacity of compositebeamspecimensunderloadloading.Theresultsshowedthatthestrengthyieldratio,ductilityratio,andshear bearing capacityof thespecimensinthenon corodedstateremainedatahigh level,andthemidspandisplacement, compresive strainof theconcrete topplate,andtensile strainofthesteelbeambottmplateof thespecimensremained low. Thehigherthecorrosionrate,the weakerthe bearing capacityof the specimen.Themid spandisplacement,compresive strain of theconcretetopplate,andtensilestrainofthesteelbeambottomplateof thespecimenwithahighercorosionrate ncrease significantly,andtheyieldstrengthof thespecimenissignificantlylowerthanthatofthenoncorodedspecimen.Therefore, non-uniform corosionhas asignificant negative impactontheperformanceof steel-concretecomposite beams in buildings.
