不同 Zr02 掺量改性水泥钙质砂无侧限抗压特性研究

Abstract: To investigate the influence of nano zirconium dioxide ( ZrO2 )dosage on the mechanical performance of cement - stabilized calcareous sand,prepared specimens of calcareous sand modified with varying proportions of nano Zr02 and evaluated their behavior using unconfined compresive strength tests.Theresults show thatthe stress-strain curves ofthenano ZrO2- cementcalcareoussand exhibitasoftening,hump-shapedprofile,withresidual stressesultimatelystabilizingataconstant level.Incorporation of nano ZrO2 led to increases in unconfined compressive strength of 101.1% , 105.6% ,and 91.6% at curing ages of 7,14 and 28d ,respectively. Moreover, the compressive strength of the nano ZrO2 - cement calcareous sand demonstrated greater sensitivity to curing age compared to plain cement calcareous sand.The adition of nano Zr02 also significantly enhancedthedeformationmodulusofthespecimens,improvingtheirresistancetodeformation.Thesefindings provide valuable technical guidance forthe application of modified calcareous sand in islandand ref construction projects.
